 What should ANC do?

1.The Public Setvice Agreement which shelved should be immediately implemented.The extra 8% should be applied as "compensation"

2.The appointing of civil servants specially  of teachers ,nurses,policemen filling up the vacancies.Remember that R500 billion and the borrowed billions from IMF

3.Allow not interfere the elections in branches to the Region ,PECS especially the Youth should be encouraged.This should start immediately to teach the Youth the Branch Elects of the ANC.
