Moving with Times.

You either move with Times or Times will force you and take you along.
Examples
If you don't buy enough blankets  before winter,then you won't sleep comfortably.
So, you can see that the Times have forced you to move along.

Same applies with summer.You cannot wear winter clothes in summer.Your body will reject them.

Coming to your Finances
There is an increase of service payments 
like electricity, water and not to mention food and fuel.You must have some financial sources.

There are also  unavoidable expenditures like funeral, education, clothes, cosmetics,
emergency fees, medical fees and more.

Funeral policy
It is the first policy which must be prioritised and every houseld must have.
We are all going to die.

Education 
You don't know how will your child will do at school even if he/she will be doing well,
you will need finances to fulfill his,/her ambition.If that will be contrary you will need to hire the private tutors.If all that fails you will need to create and fund his/her business or at least leave money which will sustain the child for the next 15 to 25 years after you have passed away.
It must be a recurring investment after 25
years something like  art, book,music royalties etc.

Cosmetics 
You need perfumes,roll and soap.
Medical Aid
Some Public hospitals are doing well and some they don't.You will need finances to cover the loopholes.
