How did this year treat you?

Before you can blame anyone or other people or the environment you belong to. Ask yourself.

1.What did you do to "empower" yourself?
Well, this question can be answered by seven types of people.
The first  group would say "I tried and achieve some goals or most of the things I set for I achieved.

The second group would say "I tried and I achieved very little,so it was a hard year."
The third group would say "I looked everywhere and I could not anything to work with.Instead I waisted my money trying to improve myself and it all failed.

The fourth group would say "I watched People taking chances,some succeeded and some failed.In that way I was safe".
The fifth group  would say "I helped others to succeed especially my Boss to make his/her way up.I gained a lousy bonus.

The sixth group would say "I did not have any means.I looked at a wrong place."
The seventh group would say:"On the previous year I tried everything so that discouraged me in the current year.So, I did nothing."

1.What can be sustained or not sustained.

1.How much energy have you put?
2.How to "sail" through?
3.How much did you cater for "rainy" days?
4.Understanding your markets?
