Like minded is Progressive or Regressive

Be at family level,work level,friendship level or sports level like  minded produces prosperity productivity and unity.At the same time there are
negatives like minded which produces evil production, exploitation and selfishness.

You are free to belong to any group as long as you think it will put you on the map.
Our life rotates are among:
1.Work
2.Home
3.Politcs
4.Friends
5.Country.

1.Work
What do you do when you find someone is stealing at work or misusing the resources and there's no other person who saw that person except you? You must know there are no
1.Human evidence
2.Material Evidence
3.Time evidence
4.Evidence  where it took place.

Any absent of these  evidence may turn against you.There is a possibility  of being  a victim  or even being dismissed.
The second scenario which is more serious.
What  about  if someone  says that you must share the stolen products.What if  in future you are blackmailed.

2.Home
A Home consists of a family.
A Family should be built by out of 
1.Love
2.Trust
3.Openness
4.Unity

The above factors would result to a product of
Like Mindedness and Progress or Regressive.
Another be Big Question  is what do you do if
two members  don't subscribe to any above  factors? The other family members will navigate the upstream.

To be honest.
Some of the families create the negative space.
We scold, undermine,spoil other members of the family.This starts small, unintended and grows.
It will divide the family in future.

3.Politics
Politics is the difficult game.
Politicians make slogans which make us to believe we shall live better in future.
The Politicians are faced with the ever societal demand and the opposition unveils the strategies
of defeating the party in power as the promises are half or not filled.
The governing politicians are faced with 
1.Finance to run the country (fiscus)
2.Distribution  of Resources
3.Salaries
4.Inflation
5.Job creation and Job creation Environment
6.Upholding Law and Order.
7.Fair  Appointment processes
8.Protecting  the Government Pension and the flow of finance in and out through financial institutions like Banks.
9.Protecting  Labour of both  Government and the
Private sector.
10.Protecting the Social Decay be in finance,
gender,electricity,water,roads and  the government buildings 

4.Friends
Friends may help you to grow or destroy with the 
ideas appearing good to you.Some friends have the bond contract  of destruction at home or at work or in politics  (In most of the time you are not aware.Everything looks good because they 
know you in total.That includes what annoys,your
level of anger, what makes you happy and your
behaviour when you have lot of  money or when you have no money.It is easy to manipulate you.
The longer you are with them, the longer you are
blinded.So, my advice be objective.

4.1 Where you are working.
You might be manipulated.from time to time.
Sometimes  at Work you are  a Hardworker and
diligent.It is either your boss or coworkers or both
abuse you for their benefit.
Another scenero you may be working at the Financial institution or HR Manager where you will be asked some favours legally or illegally.It is worse when you in Law Enforcement be a  Judge or Policeman.
That brings me to
1.The Type of Friendship you are having (Positive or Negative or Building or Destructive)
2.The number of years in your Friendship.
3.Actual,what unites you with your Friends (Sports or Academic or Politics or Tourism or Business etc)
4.2 Your family must have boundaries.
Your spouse,finances, disagreements are not the
terrain of your friends.
