This Month Evaluation
If may I ask.
Is this month fast or slow to you?
Different People will respond differently.
The usually responses are:
"This month is slow"
When you evaluate the lifestyle of these people you will find that
Their financial stress which does not cover all their monthly needs.Such People don't have the solution even I give the solution under the
Parttimejobsseekers.blogspot.com these people are too smart to work for a dollar per day.
If the response is
"This month is fast"
These are ever busy throughout the whole month
whether they are successful or not.
The bottomline such people are busy.
I'm getting to another phase.
The evaluation may be viewed as
-Self evaluation
-Job Evaluation
-Education evaluation
-Continuity Evaluation
-Community Evaluation
When the daily challenges crop out,you must evaluate first the nature,weight,source,impact,
resistance of the problem.Dont blame others People if you fail.
What about the client perspective?
The client commitment is not static it changes because of Competence,Effectiveness, Relationship between you and the product.
Your relationship with the client will be maintained if you carry out the mentioned approach.
As the topic says,monthly evaluation means
-how do you implement your strategies!
-how do you maintain your strategies?
-What does work or not work for you?
-What are the driving forces which enable you to
Progress or Regress.
That drives us from what I started:
-Self evaluation
Everything starts from you.
It is the question of self initiative.
Anything will work when it is clearly cordinated.
Working with your colleague can be easier or difficult.Your approach may be easier or difficult.
In Sales Department the following resources are
important:
1.Creativity
2.Focus
3.Determination
4.Implementation
5.Tangible Results
There are timely goals .
Your management gives you 0% failure or 2-5%
which shows a bad name.The increase from 1 to
2% will taint your relationship with the management.
The problem cannot be wished away then you need Creativity.It is how you can start solving the problems.
As long as you Focus the success will be attained.The Determination is the energy of working harder.
In order to evaluate fairly the progress attained,
the following steps should be carried.
1.Creating the product or the Created problem
2.Brainstorming
3.Who are the potential customers?
4.Does the product fit and satisfy the potential clients.
5.Identification of the clients
6.How important is the product?
Methods of introducing the product e.g
Social Media
Door to door communication
Outsourcing the product.
Time Frame
-When to introduce the product.
-How long will be the promotional product be displayed?
After applying the above steps,you must observe
-the Response of the potential clients.
-the Relationship will be based on whether the
Client is promising or not.
-If the client is not promising,get back to the basics of training.
