People succeed or fail  because of showing their
identity around with  those they live  with.If you are
-Dignified.
-Principled.
-Logic
-Progressive (depending  on your interpretation)
Then you will earn 
-Respect 
-Honoured
 -Admired
-Adored

The opposite is true.The failure starts from the person himself/herself or is it the self defeating or imposed by the certain individual or a group.
The internal failure will be caused by being 
-Unprincipled
-Illogic
-Regressive
-Throwing your Dignity to  the "Dogs"  being  aware  or not aware.

People will start
-Disrespecting
-Not admiring
-Not  adoring you
Briefly,you will be regarded as an empty bucket,
not feared,heavily  undermined.

Let's go back  to the basics and find out the 
foundation which  can build you.
To be Dignified,you need to mould
1.Your Communication.
2.Listening Skills.
3.Allow the flow of Discussion
4.To be person who displays wisdom.

After any discussion will lead People to evaluate your
-Type of language.
-Tangible or intangible words
-total presentation 

Then, whatever you were negotiation you can be taken as
- Serious
-Empty
-Strategic
-it  does it show the way forward.

Whatever you say reflects
-Your  identify.
-Whether  is there any future.
-Is there any future  present and future development.

So,the first  impression and the last impression 
summaries your identity.Deal with your creativity.
