Importance of each day

1.Creating your own autobiography is very important for the following reasons:
-Recording a paragraph on a 192 Book will tell the survivals what was your daily life.
-What were the normal daily challenges.
-Recording about the individual behaviour 
In the family is also important to know the kind of people who once existed in the family.
-As you write,you will be recording your earnings and how did you earn.
-Record also the shops, clothes which you
visited because of their quality,price affordability.
-Your friends,relatives the honest and dishonest ones.

2.How do you organise your information.
It will depend on your busy life.
Basically it can be 10-20 minutes per day.
You must be able to divide your book/file into 4 categories:
A.
2.1 Family  interaction   1-48
2.2 Work/Businesses     49-96
2.3 Financial spending.  97-146
2.4 Daily life.                    147-192

3.The next question is the daily Time factor:
As I have said only the paragraph of say 
5-10 lines or even a comprehensive sentence per day.
How do you record the information.
A paragraph must be accompanied by the table of content.If possible leave a space of  15 to 20 cm of photos for important events.The following form of recording is
recommended:
Date:
Events: (occassion)
Who,what happened 
Your opinion 
It must not be seen as compulsory a week or monthly summary can do.The other parts like Finances of the week and monthly should not be forgotten.

4.How will this information help your  Generations?
1.To avoid your family mistakes and
2.Learn from your mistakes 
3.To understand  past family friends, dishonest members of the family.
4.The full history of the family.
5.Which jobs to avoid.
   Which were the most liked jobs in the 
    Family.
6.The  general medical doctor consultations and what were the common
health problems.
7.Create the unity of the family.

5.The Absence of such a Diary 
Liars will creep in
-Divisions will be created
-The family enemies will manipulate such situations.
-Some People will make "Demands" as they were the "friends" of the family and 
substitute with a fake proof like for instance they are owed  money.
-The family tree will eventually disappear.

6.Which are modern equipments which can support your diary?
-Cellphones
-Photos
-Laptos
-Computers

7.Why I insist  on writing the Diary?
1.The Recording from cellphones might be
wiped and lost.
2.The handwriting is authentic and reliable.
3.It can be passed from generation to generation.
4.It can be turned into a film blockbuster or a book which can be a source of income for future generations.

8.Who can keep this memoir?
Any elder or trusted member or any member appointed by the family or the Writer.It is advisable to make copies so that all the members can have an access.

2.Write your name and position in the family.Page 1 write your past and present family tree and possibly write their achievements like assets, previous jobs, businesses.Paste your white piece at the front of your notebook where you have put
1.Your Name
2.Age 
3.Date,month and year
4.Book 1

The same information will be required for Book 2,3,4,5 etc
