It is common allover the whole world.It is the humanp behaviour.People hide under 
1.Tribalism
2.Locality
3.Performance
4.Hiding under  under competency
5.Dark sides

A hard worker is liked by another hard worker because he/she sees
1.Progresd
2.Opportunities
3.New perspective 
4.Improvement
5.Profits

A lazy manager is threatened by a hard worker because his/her
1.position might be taken.
2.dark secrets might be exposed.
3.future plans are insufficient.
4.plan might be exposed

Strategies of Non hardworkers
In order to defeat this scourge,we must know how does it work.
1.First an non-hardworker unite the like minded people.
2.This person looks at the loopholes like salaries,poor incentives,poor human relations and looming differences as well as the general behaviour or mood at workstation.
3.All the problems are gauged and sees where to put fire.
4.He/She looks at the impossible to make it  a perpetual problem.
5.Those who deviate from that negative group are cut out.

How to deal with a Non hardworker
The earlier you find out the better.
-The solution might to call and reprimand him/her.
-Put the company policy in the meeting which might contradict the actions of the
Non hardworker.
-To give that person a job in another unit like in Transport, Field Sales job or any job
where he/she will have less contacts with 
People not excluding the Reception job or
any lone Technical Job.
-Another solution is to  provide long hours to keep him/her busy with overtime job with incentives because they like money.

What about Non-hardworker Manager?
This is the Problem.
1.If you can, dance to his/her tune but don't do criminal activities.
2.Your more creative ideas may cause animosity.
3.If you have any serious issues which concern this person,you must see secretly.
4.Such People are short tempered.They can just explode immediately or fume inside.
5.They like Gifts.
Although it's not a good idea,but you would have saved your skin.

Signs that you are not liked by Non hardworker
-Not back greetings
-You will be given more work with no incentives.
-Always sticking to your mistakes 
-Always harrassed in the meetings

Let's go back to the Human behaviour.
1.Tribalism
Tribalism simply means some of the workers with certain language, culture are treated differently.

2.Locality
Some workers are incompetent and lazy.
They are appointed because they come from a certain locality.

3.Performance
Performance can be a shield.The ultimate end is to make the unbeatable pains to the
unwanted person

4.Hiding under the super competency
No one is perfect.
As you are unwanted whatever you do will 
regarded as incompetency

5.Dark sides
Humans are complicated.
Your family and friends tell you that you are incompetent.They hide under non hardworking.

Hardworker is liked by another Hard worker.
He/She sees
1.Progress 
Your performance is seen as a progress in your unit.

2.Opportunities
The other hardworker sees new opportunity of growth.This is a positive direction.

3.New Perspective 
A Hardworker brings new dimensions which can be explored.

4.Improvement
The new approach brings the improvement in work relations.

5.Profits
A Hardworker thinks always about how to get profits.That is good.
