6.Unifying force

8.Singing the Right node
9.Be principled

Although no one can have all the qualities which I mentioned but at least in must have 60-80% or if
possible all the above qualities.

Let's discuss them
1.Hardworking
Some workers will see your hardworking,while some will smear.
2.Networking
Networking means connecting the right minded people and make things work and be well connected.
3.Influence
How effective are your decisions.
Are your decisions have an impact?
If the decisions are well co-ordinated,planned they will have an impact.
4.Organizing
Any functioning idea,it would mean that it has been well structured.Each unit speaks to the other one.
5 Skills
The skills are the know-how of doing, implement and make it function.
6.Unifying  force
You must know that you are faced with two forces.Its your force  which you need to carry you through at the same time there's a force which  challenges your own force and it moves against you.You must exert more  force than the one which is against you.
7.Visionary
People need a person who plans,leads,goal-orientated and deliverable results.
8.Singing the Right note.
It simply means to be relevant.
Understanding the dynamics of the situation
9.Be Principled
It means as you  lead,what you do or say you can fulfil it

Hard Education

I was taught  1.to  Work if I want to succeed. 2.to choose successful or positive minded friends 3.that  most of the time I should think about Work or what I'm doing. 4.If I don't have Focus in my life,my future will be a nightmare. 5.Trust is earned not given. 6.Don't oppose a boss, disagree  silently or give or extend your thinking. 7.Listen and Respect. 8.Do what will sustain now and the future. 9.The completed work should speak itself. 10.It is not  one EARNS,it is what one should GIVE.
