Whether you have a family,friends, business or work,you need to pursue the new ideas.
The Advantages of new ideas are
-Your body will refresh.
-You will gain financial growth.
-Your Leadership will be respected.
-More positive people will be around you.
-Positive Popularity.

If you don't have any ideas the  opposite of what have been said will happen.
-The stress will be your friend.
-You will not think effectively, grow mentally.
-Your finances will decline and  be welcomed in the world of poverty.
-Your Leadership will not be respected hence you will be tested with useless and real problems.
-There will be those who support your downfall and be further and further trodden.
