The relationship  is based on Work Production. 1.You must keep with the workplace policies. That will  be fair to all. 2.The Policies need to be Reviewed yearly at least. 3.Its advisable that any production policy  should be  discussed. 4.The intelligent  boss expects you to  be diligent. 5.You must give the Creative Solutions. 6.A More Profit Solutions  makes your Boss smile although  some of your suggestions  will be shelved  depending  on the financial  availability.  7.Bosses who are Inteligent  like confidentiality.  8.The intelligent  boss don't  like  gossips. 9.He/She observes how do you work,cooperate with your colleagues. 10.You must earn trust from your Boss. 11.Don't bring unnecessary  complaints.

Protecting Yourself in this Season

1.At home Your home should be well fenced with maximum protection. It must be not easy for the Criminals to access your house easily. 2.When you leave your house Make sure the windows, doors are closed and locked.Before you leave your yard just peep out on the streets whether you don't  see the strangers or strange vehicle.Surely, you know your  neighborhood.  3.On the highway streets Please,look at your mirror if possible take off ramps or near branching streets to find out whether you are still followed. 4.A Supermarket when you arrive. Why is the Wise Person is different  from the Intelligent Person? Let's see the characteristics  of a Wise Person: 1.He/She catches the opportunity  early while the others are "asleep". 2.He/She converts the opportunities  to his/her advantage. 3.He/She moves away from the "swamp". 4.A Wise Person is Creative. 5.He/She leads a vision.Some understand,some don't  understand  temporarily or permanently. 6.He/She keeps and opens some of his/her cards just to study  the situation. 7.He/She is open to more ideas and weighs outweighs  the ideas of others. 8.He/She plans,executes at the beginning,middle until he/she gets  the final Product and visualize the possible  obstacles  and how to deviate  them.

Politics can be the savior of the day or nightmare.Politicians have the Power to convince for the truth or lies.There are institutions  which safeguard our livelihood but that is not a guarantee. If People are well educated about their Rights,then the Politicians will find it difficult to manipulate  the People.There are  countries  which keep their politicians on their toes.
