4.Can he/she drive all the vehicles  and the forklifts of the company?

5.How is her/his  work so far?
Is it Good,Satisfactory  above the others including early reporting  and minimum absence at work?

6.Most important: the Age and the Experience

7.Health Condition  which may be verified  by the Medical Doctor.
