8h:00-  8h:30        Taking a bath.
9h:00-  10h:00      Time to have breakfast.
10h:00-12h:00      Research of your Product.
                                Start  working.
12h:00-13h:30       Lunch Time
13h:00-14h:30       Rest,Sleep Watch TV, 45 min.
                                 Jogging.
14h:30-                   Product packaging ,
                                 Communication to clients,
                                 Staff.
16h:00                     Strategic Planning for Digital
                                 Marketing.
17h:00                     Breaking Off.
I suggest on Saturdays should be 2hrs in the morning  and 2hrs afternoon.
