3.A Panel includes the Management and the share holder/s should discuss  how to equip better the candidate.

4.If need be,the private life can be investigated like:
Was he/she not mentally disturbed  in the past?
How is/was his/her temper?
How influential  to other workers?Bad/Good?

5.Does he/she have the necessary  education/skills where  the Company can start building  from it?
