We are living in the era of diverse Technology and the Information Technology.You can  make 
Information Technology work for you according to your needs which could be a/an
-Business.
-Job.
-Financing.
-Entertainment.
-Communication
-Better Life.

We all strive to be financially sustainable.
You have one of the following option:
-Knowledge of making money.
-Not knowing how to make money.
-Naiviety.

The Social media can 
-Empower.
-Finance
-Impoverish 
-waste your time.
-draw friends
or  make you live in isolation 

Before you can think about the Blogs,you must know what do you want in life.We are all  influenced by
1.where we came from.
2.where we grew up.
3.people who  we associate with.
4.Type of Formal and Informal Education
5.How knowledgeable are you in online information otherwise you cannot jump to the something you don't know.
6.It depends also on the degree  of learning interest.

As I'm in 10 years in Blogging,I have encountered 
-Different Readers.Some 1% was very hostile 
especially  from my country folks,well it's a type 
of Informal Education which we received and we were heavily walloped by some schools.

What are the  Challenges?
Challenge1
-There's a lot to be done.
-Generally,we must make the people understand, know how does the Blogging work.
Challenge 2
-The subscription is a big challenge.
There are people who don't want to subscribe financially because they are used from getting money from the NGOs and the governments.
Challenge 3
What are the NEEDS of the prospective subscribers.
Level of information packaging.

Some Writers don't have the clear continuation.
There are Readers who don't see any benefit from the Social media.

So,what are the necessary skills?
One must compared  and take the Blogging like a plant.
Any plant can be  nurtured or neglected.

Hard Education

I was taught  1.to  Work if I want to succeed. 2.to choose successful or positive minded friends 3.that  most of the time I should think about Work or what I'm doing. 4.If I don't have Focus in my life,my future will be a nightmare. 5.Trust is earned not given. 6.Don't oppose a boss, disagree  silently or give or extend your thinking. 7.Listen and Respect. 8.Do what will sustain now and the future. 9.The completed work should speak itself. 10.It is not  one EARNS,it is what one should GIVE.
