Why the Liars are successful at Workplace?

They study the relations at work.
The  first punch  it will be  what they believe will benefit them.They call it "holes".It takes a long time to notice such a person.The more he/she is unnoticed the better for him/her 

Let's see  which are the holes  are filled by the Liar?
1.They act and single out those who are treated unfairly in the industry.
2.The Weak Management.
3.They capitalise on the "unsolved" recurring  problems at work.
4.Suggesting, pushing to partly favours by always 
showing sympathy.
5.To spread systematic lies which will retard others.
What are the self gains of liars?
1.To be a Hero/Heroine
2.To shield own laziness 
3.They want  to survive in the mist  of Divisionm

How long  the Liars can survive?
As long as we 
-believe all what they say.
-do'nt question what the Liars say.
-do what  the Liars say or do.

What happens when we find out?
They
-change their approach and strategies.
-recruit  others.
-use all the resources at their disposal like money,
parties or informal gathering.
-learned, know how to fiddle around.

Who uses the Liars?.
-The  person with low reasoning.
-The manipulation of a person with high reasoning power..
-Some groups in the  industry of interest.
-Competitors.

How does a Liar position  himself/herself.
This person  positions himself/herself as a
-Problem solver.
-Great Leader.
-Above normal  situation 
-Giving Person.
-Caring Person.

Which  Question which can paralyze the Liar.
Ask that person the following questions:
-Where did you get such a story?
-When did you  get/ heard this story?
-Was it a hot/ cold story for you or for me
-How many people who know  this story?
-What should I do with this story?
