Working with Non Hardworkers

I wouldn't say  they are lazy people who drag their
feet.This scourge is allover the whole world.
Let's find out what are the  reasons of such problems:
1.Demotivated.
2.Not skilled.
3.Skills expired 
4.Nepotism
5.Too used Attitude
6.Poor  relations
7.Fast changes of  Technology/Manpower 
8.Old  Production  methods.
9.Refusing to accept the change.
10.Weak Management 

1.Demotivated
The producers believe that the salaries must match or outmatch  the production.There are also factors which demotivate  the workers like mean
incentives and how much these incentives are
implemented.All  the  mentioned factors are causing demotivation.

2.Not skilled.
Today's jobs demand the skills.They cannot be
performed without with the relevant skills.
So, the Technology Skills play the critical role.

3.Skills  expired 
Any production needs some upgrade, otherwise it will not function fully.It will be worse when it is driven by a person who had expired skills.

4.Nepotism
Nepotism is a false security.
There are people who believe that those  who are close to them will make their lives easier which will be a passport to laziness.

5.Too used Attitude 
Some People  are Too used in their Jobs.
Take for instance a bus or truck  driver.Most of the accidents  occur from their "experiencied"
Drivers like production is not static as you have the  "experienced"  workers who could either can
mess up or make mistakes.

6.Poor Relations
Poor Relations may affect  the production.
The Relations may lower the  production.
The so-called avenge or revenge  is used  to cripple the production.

7.Fast changes of Technology/Manpower.
Some productions  function better when they have modern Technology.
It is  the question of  whether your manpower is ready for the new  Technology 

8.Old Production Methods 
We are living in the computer age.
Most of our submissions are submitted through 
emails,fast mails.

9.Refusing to change
Most of the old folks  at work refuse to accept the
change or slow the work place.The possible reasons are
1.They don't like look stupid.
2.They refuse to learn the new production methods.
3.They  criticize with no facts about the new changes by responding "It won't work" "Why"?
Even the young  new manpower is full of theory.

10.Work Management 
In any industry the management is closely watched.The management should be united otherwise the  production will be low

I was taught  1.to  Work if I want to succeed. 2.to choose successful or positive minded friends 3.that  most of the time I should think about Work or what I'm doing. 4.If I don't have Focus in my life,my future will be a nightmare. 5.Trust is earned not given. 6.Don't oppose a boss, disagree  silently or give or extend your thinking. 7.Listen and Respect. 8.Do what will sustain now and the future. 9.The completed work should speak itself. 10.It is not  one EARNS,it is what one should GIVE.
