We are not the same

We work with different people who have different aims  with different targets be at work,home, community and even in the formal education.All want to be successful,productive.
There are people who view you as
-an obstacle 
-a ladder
-a person  who have low/high IQ
-literally easy person 
-difficult person 

Briefly People have different perceptions about you.An impression is treated is treated at the first
-sight
-hearing
-hearsy
-achievements 
-failures

At the first sight 
-People make some conclusions about your  attire.
-Hairstyle.

Hearing
Your first sentence is critical important.
Your greeting,addressing and confidence assures
wrongly or with a right acceptance.

3.Hearsy
This happens when you have made a good or a bad name especially  when you are promoted or demoted.The People of the new environment where you will be promoted.Immediate when your name is announced the new  human environment 
will be inquisitive whether you come with success of failure.

4.Achievements
Not all the people will accept your achievements.
Some will be threatened  by your achievements.
Some will have the endless questions about your achievements and try to falsefy what you have worked for.

5.Failures
There are people who knows,accepted lies and some the false stories have been created.The 
Shareholders were interested to your successes.

Conclusion 
People will not all like you.
In a strange pattern they can all hate you  or love you 
The mood of the people differ according to their ages.
20-30 Ages known as Active,  it is the thinking fast group.
31-40 Ages known as moderate active group.
41-50 Ages known as a group which wants a reason before you ask or tell them  about something.
51-60 Ages likes to compare what you said and now or compare the similar action to what you are doing or saying from their experience.
61 and above  is a group which live through the past,present and they like to predict the future from what you say or doing.

What is happening was planned direct or indirect last year or previous years years even when you were not born.Lets iron the facts: -That you were born,it was not an accident. -You grew up in your country was not of your choice. -When you were baby,you were given baby food which was not of your choice. -As you grew,you had limited choice because you were not working. -After some years,you had more choices with the limited money. Hard Education

I was taught  1.to  Work if I want to succeed. 2.to choose successful or positive minded friends 3.that  most of the time I should think about Work or what I'm doing. 4.If I don't have Focus in my life,my future will be a nightmare. 5.Trust is earned not given. 6.Don't oppose a boss, disagree  silently or give or extend your thinking. 7.Listen and Respect. 8.Do what will sustain now and the future. 9.The completed work should speak itself. 10.It is not  one EARNS,it is what one should GIVE.
