Chapter 25.Characteristics of your Personnel!

Hi.
1.U can have good plans, a working product with supporting capital  your personnel can be a challenge
2.If u don't have a trained personnel for that matter you are not going anywhere. Literally, the product  cannot sell itself, it will need a good support.
A Human being is very complicated. A positive or a negative attitude may be  exposed depending how and what he/she thinks at the particular point.You must have
the skills and tools to unearth what is hidden.Of course u won't everything in that
mine but u will have an idea of the topsoil, crust perhaps the magma.Your discoveries will indicate the direction u should take.
It depends how much money from your budget, but as u know hiring an independent company may cost u because such companies operate with minimum values  such as $5000 depending the scope of reference meaning  the parameters of the
research.
Now,u know we small business we struggling to make ends meet,even getting
clients not mention those who willing to pay us is as difficult as removing a 2500 lb rock with bare hands.
The second better option is that I should give u the skills and tools  of which u can manage yourself.U can pay yourself with a balance diet.
Let's go back to the business.
Let me also mention a "dream personnel". He/She must be  honest,diligent personnel.
Honesty can revolve from trustworthy. There are minor tasks which can build trust.
One of these tasks are:
Leaving your staff for an hour and return back and find out whether every thing is right.
The second example is:
U can get one or two employees to outdoor
marketing,make them to watch and write their observation.
In future he/she will be alone.
Your employees can rotate and learn.At the
same the one who was indoor must write his/her observations.
These are some of the ways to learn your personnel as well as whether business direction.
A Human being is dynamic. As u are studying your personnel, they are studying
you.As u want to get the best out of them,they want honesty or dishonestly the best from u.
You have that positive/negative competitions.
Yes the meetings are important.
You can structure your meetings as followed:
1.Roll call (1.min)
2.Praying (1.min)
3.Previous achievements
4.Any Achievements
5.Day's plan (3 min)
U must also conduct a survey. Example:
Each person may these questions written.
(No need for identification like  name or number)

2.2 Working conditions_____
2.3. Working once per week_______
2.4  Working outdoors.

   Write  10 to 20 lines.

These questions can be first be written at Home. The employees can submit after 3 days.Keep the copies.
After a week the same questions can be written in one day at a special venue.
Every 3 months the same questions can be written. Make a file and subdivide it and put the responses of each period.Make analysis of each response and compare with the previous one.
